Shortly after the launch of Women on Their Way by Wyndham Worldwide last May (eeek! We're already one!), we started the Women on Their Way - Associate Program. This internal program, which is currently being rolled out throughout the US and will become a global program over the next few years, focuses on career and leadership development, networking and mentoring. It's all happened so fast and has been so exciting.
