She has shared her expertise on the international news websites of CNN.com and WomensWallStreet, been on Oprah and Friends with Jean Chatzky and quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, American Way Magazine, and Business Traveler Magazine. She also makes speaking appearances before public and corporate groups such as The Library of Congress, Cisco, IBM and Accenture.
Most recently Ameche became an entrepreneur as chairman of The Ameche Group LLC, manufacturer of the MicciMicci line of chic, practical and stylish travel solutions.
In more than 25 years of business experience, she has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Tribune Company, a Fortune 500 media and entertainment company, and has held other positions with software manufacturers and management and technology consulting firms.
She serves on various charitable boards and co-founded a leadership group for woman Chief Information Officers in the Chicago area, where she resides.
