This web community ("Community") consists of web log(s) ("Blog") and message boards ("Boards) and your access to and use of this Community site are subject to the Blogging and Message Board Policy and Terms of Service ("Community Terms") set forth below, as well as to Wyndham's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accessing, reading, using, creating and/or contributing to this Community, and in consideration for the Blog and Boards service provided to you herein, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and shall abide by these Community Terms, as well as by Wyndham's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including any changes that we may make thereto from time to time. 1. You acknowledge and agree that you solely are responsible for your own use of and access to this blogging and message board service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use this Blog(s) and/or Boards and any content posted hereto only for personal purposes in a noncommercial manner. You further agree not to use this Community to attack personally any employees, authors, customers, vendors, or shareholders of Wyndham. If you are an employee of Wyndham or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, you may not post to this Community unless otherwise authorized by your manager. We welcome relevant, respectful comments, but we are not responsible for, and do not endorse comments posted on this Community. You must evaluate, and are responsible for all risks associated with, the use of any messages, information or content associated with this Community, including any reliance on their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in this Community, or for any losses or damages incurred as a result of this Community. Wyndham's sole role with respect to this Community site is to provide a service whereby authorized employees and visitors to this site can submit and have access to the content posted herein.

This Community is not intended for children or anyone under the age of eighteen (18), so we may ask you to verify that you are eighteen or older before we will post any comments that you provide.  It is not permitted to post any comments or materials targeted to children and we will not post, and will remove as we deem appropriate, any such comments or materials.

To the extent that any of the content submitted by users of this Community site contain any references to third party manufacturers, vendors or service providers, such references shall not be construed as an acknowledgment of any affiliation between Wyndham and such third parties (including any products or services provided by such third parties), and/or as an endorsement by Wyndham of such third parties, products or services.

10. In addition to the above terms, you acknowledge and agree that the following activities shall be strictly prohibited with respect to this Community site, and that you shall not:
    1. Engage in any illegal activities or use this Community site, content or information for any illegal purposes, or otherwise violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation of any applicable jurisdiction (including, without limitation, laws governing data security, privacy, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, intellectual property and securities). This includes, without limitation, accessing data not intended for you, logging into a server or account which you have no authorization to access, probing the security of any system, network or account, or circumventing or subverting any authentication or other security feature of any system, network or account;
    6. Intercept, interfere with, or view information transversing Wyndham's network unless explicitly authorized to do so;
    7. Disrupt, interrupt, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt, interrupt, or interfere with, in an unauthorized manner, the use or operation of this Community site, its blog(s) or Boards or any other Wyndham websites, systems, applications, services, users or equipment, and/or with service to any user, host, or network (including, by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise). This includes "denial of service" attacks, "flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service or burden excessively a service's resources, or attempts to "crash" a host; or
    8. Introduce into this Community site, or any other Wyndham website or associated systems or applications, any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, harmful code, and/or other contaminants or computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
    9. This shall include, without limitation, deleting or altering any author attributions, copyright notices, or trademark notices, unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by the owner; or
    10. Utilize Wyndham's brands, logos, names and/or "look and feel" except as otherwise authorized by this Community service or otherwise in writing by Wyndham.
11. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS COMMUNITY SITE AND THE ASSOCIATED BLOG SERVICES BOARD SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WYNDHAM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AS TO THE SITE'S OPERATION OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE (INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF SUCH INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS). YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS WYNDHAM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES.
12. Wyndham reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Community services or any part thereof and/or your access to this Community site, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, and without any liability to you. In the event that you violate any of these Community Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use, Wyndham (at its sole discretion) may immediately suspend or terminate your ability to post to the Blog(s) and/or Boards, and you may be subject to certain applicable penalties, fines and other legal consequences. Wyndham also reserves the right to investigate (including communicating and cooperating with law enforcement officials where appropriate and applicable regarding) your access to and use of this Community Site and the Blog and/or Boards service in order to, among other things, determine your compliance with or violation of these Community Terms and/or applicable laws.
