Follow the crowds heading to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. Six mazes are waiting to lead you to adventure, so get ready to scream for your life. Or, march toward the biggest 39-year-old theme park event at Knott's Berry Farm. There are more than 10 well-themed mazes here to lure you into the unexpected dark.
Looking for some family friendly events? Halloween Stuntacular is the perfect event to engage the kids with some not so scary fun. Enjoy a live-action stunt entertainment show with professional stunt men and women thrilling and chilling for the joy of the audience. Excite the kids with full-scale production with dazzling lights and crazy costumes, as superheroes from the movies, television and comic books come to life. Or, head to the Santa Monica Farmer's Market for the annual "All-You-Can-Carry" pumpkin patch event. Every Saturday in October, families, kids and couples head to the pumpkin patch to pick up as many pumpkins as they can for just $5.
Don't forget to hit Hollywood Boulevard for the Hollywood Halloween Street Fair. Thousands of people gather there in outrageous costumes from morning until 10 o'clock Halloween night to celebrate by walking through the streets. Kids with costumes can trick-or-treat at Hollywood storefronts. This event is free.
Remember to check the Old Town Haunt located in the oldest standing building in Old Town Pasadena and brimming with a reputation of being haunted by the ghosts of victims of past atrocities.
